Oil Again In Pain

 OIL AGAIN IN PAIN

The oil pollution,
Toil of corruption,
Foiled solution.
Poetry fails to lace the verses,
As fishes gasp for air;
Swimming from the deep, out into the open,
Their grim faces gaze at me.
Perhaps help could come,
But life slips away,
Some lashing their tails on the water,
A final, futile sway.
